Perenn After Hours-Bread Class

LEVEL I Course Description:

Baking fundamentals, starting and maintaining sourdough starter, introduction to dough mixing, shaping, scoring and baking.

LEVEL II Course Description:

Introduction to inoculation timing, enriched doughs and advanced bread baking.

Class will be held at our flagship location. Perenn at the Village at Rancharrah

Must be 18 and over to attend.

Ticket is non-refundable, but transferable to another person or a future event.
