Join us as we celebrate National Nutrition Month with a free, live cooking demonstration!
Northern Nevada Sierra Medical Center’s cook and registered dietitian will teach participants how to create a flavorful and healthy recipe. Learn cooking tips, how to blend your favorite seasonings for any protein and enjoy dinner on us.
Dinner is complimentary and an RSVP is required.
RSVP no later than March 22 at 8 a.m. Registration is limited to the first 50 people.
*Complimentary dinner includes salmon, vegetable, starch and refreshments
