Big Chefs Little Galas

September 23, 2021

|Recurring Event (See all)

An event every day that begins at 12:00 am, repeating until September 25, 2021

After changing our longstanding Big Chefs Big Gala event to a virtual format in 2020, we are pleased to announce that we will be hosting a Big Chefs Little Galas in person this year! Of course, our guests’ safety is our first concern, and to be compliant with Washoe County and social distancing guidelines, we have split our gala into a 3-night, 3-location event. Guests may choose to attend Thursday, September 23rd at The Club at ArrowCreek; Friday, September 24th at Montreux Golf & Country Club (private event), or Saturday, the 25th at the Grand Sierra Resort. Each evening will feature live, silent, and dessert auctions as well as delectable creations from Reno’s top culinary talent.

APPETIZERS AND AUCTION You will want to arrive early to enjoy hosted wine and tasty appetizers provided by our chef teams. And don’t forget to bring your mobile devices fully charged so you can take part in our amazing silent auction. With more than 200 items donated by our generous community, there is sure to be something for everyone!

DINNER Each course will be designed by one of our top chefs and expertly plated for you. Dinner will be delicious, but we hope you leave room for dessert! Created by our area’s most renowned pastry chefs,  one-of-a-kind desserts, paired with an adult beverage, will be auctioned off to the highest bidder. The evening will end with a raucous live auction and paddle raise!

ATTIRE: Black tie optional. This is a fun event to dress up for, and most people do, but we want everyone to be comfortable. Hey, this is Reno!
