Brew three variations of chai including masala, almond and cold brew using black tea and a fragrant mixture of Indian spices and herbs. Learn the best methods to prepare this traditional Indian drink with a variety of ingredients including ginger, mint, cardamom, whole cloves, fennel seeds, cinnamon, honey, peppercorns, sugar, almonds, turmeric and milk.  $10 materials fee
