Sourdough & Co
Sourdough & Co is a franchise-model, quick-service lunch restaurant specializing in sandwiches, soups, and salads. There are two locations of the restaurant planned for Northern Nevada, including one in South Reno in the neighborhood of Damonte Ranch Parkway and Double R Boulevard and a second in Sparks on Los Altos Parkway. Official opening dates have not been confirmed but both locations are listed as coming soon on the corporate website.
Officials at the company, which started in Granite Bay, Calif. in 2015 by Steve Presson and began franchising in 2021, have plans to double in size in 2026. The first two Northern Nevada stores are part of that planned expansion.
